We support the sharing of credit cards, passwords and other sensitive data when you work with a dedicated Virtual Assistant through our partnership with LastPass. Using LastPass' advanced encryption technology and cloud-based data storage, your assistant is able to securely store your sensitive data and use it to access an account, make a purchase, or contact a third party on your behalf.
Getting Set Up
How it Works

Our thorough hiring and screening process includes state and national background checks and social identity verification. Each VA signs an iron-clad confidentiality agreement with Zirtual to protect the privacy of every client. We believe that the cornerstone to any successful relationship is trust—this is why we take security and discretion so seriously and ensure that each VA knows how to properly store and handle their clients' sensitive data.
For your safety we require written confirmation on all purchases over $500 and we restrict purchases over $3000 USD. This means if you need your VA to purchase a flight for over $500 they will first have to send back a summary of the purchase. Once VAs receive confirmation of this summary (this can be as simple as "okay") they can then make the purchase. We realize this may slightly lengthen the booking process, but we do so to protect you from small oversights that can lead to costly mistakes.
